We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to own and grow relationships with Charge Point Operator (CPO) partners across Europe. This commercial role combines strategic account management with business development to ensure Electroverse delivers the best EV charging experience while expanding network coverage and partner value.
Partner Management & Growth
• Own key CPO partner relationships across Europe
• Develop account plans to increase utilisation, coverage and commercial value
• Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned partners
• Build trusted relationships at all stakeholder levels
Business Development
• Identify, approach and onboard new CPO partners
• Lead commercial negotiations on roaming agreements, pricing and terms
• Identify strategic opportunities for deeper integrations and exclusive partnerships
Commercial & Strategic Execution
• Analyse partner performance and commercial metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Engineering to improve integrations and driver experience
• Advocate internally for partner needs
Bonus experience:
• eMSP or direct CPO experience
• Familiarity with OCPI or ISO 15118 roaming protocols
• High-growth technology environment
• European languages
