Head of Marketing and Communication

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing & Communication division (approx. 50 staff)
• Full responsibility for marketing planning, execution and operational development in close alignment with the executive board and strategic brand management
• Economic planning, control and monitoring of the entire division
• Further develop the omnichannel strategy for seamless integration of online and offline channels
• Ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels
• Drive the expansion of our digital-commerce area; oversee overall performance and optimisation along the entire customer journey
• Member of the executive leadership team working closely with the board

Your Profile

• Degree in business administration with marketing focus and several years of leadership experience in food retail and marketing
• Broad expertise: digital marketing, social media, content & CI, brand and in-store marketing
• Strong sense of branding, design and communication; deep understanding of brand identity
• Strategic-analytical mindset focused on KPIs, overall contexts and market-research methods
• Entrepreneurial initiative and passion to advance the marketing & communication division
• Proven leadership of managers and teams; agency and budget management experience
• Customer focus, creativity, excellent communication skills
• Passion for organic food, sustainability and digital innovation
