Heat-Pump Foundation Foreperson (m/f/d) Bavaria

As Foreperson (m/f/d) you will build stable heat-pump foundations and lead an enthusiastic team on construction sites in Bavaria.

Your responsibilities

• Build safe, weather-resistant heat-pump foundations according to specifications
• Excavation, drainage layer, pre-cast foundation set including condensate drain
• Precise core drilling and laying of district-heating pipe
• Quality control and on-site coordination of team members
• Clean, on-time site delivery

Your profile

• Completed vocational training e.g. foundation builder, landscape gardener, concrete worker, bricklayer, civil works
• Professional experience in masonry, concrete or paving work
• Class B driving licence and good German
• Self-confident manner, hands-on mindset
