On-site skills training: accompany our installation teams across Germany and teach AC-light assembly processes directly at the customer site.
Technical onboarding support: act as the go-to expert for new teams and ensure compliance with our installation standards.
Build digital learning units: together with the 1K5° Craft Academy, create step-by-step guides and videos for our e-learning platform.
Secure quality & learning progress: inspect workmanship on site, give constructive feedback and document achievements and improvement potential.

Your profile:

Certified electrician or electronic technician for energy & building technology (or comparable).
Several years of PV installation experience, ideally including AC work.
Didactic talent and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer.
High willingness to travel (class-B licence, up to 4 weeks/month nationwide).
Structured, self-reliant working style and strong communication skills.
