• Independently carry out service and maintenance visits
• Diagnose faults and rectify technical problems 24/7
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and HVAC standards
• Install and commission new heat-pump and air-conditioning systems, including configuration, acceptance testing and customer training
• Document orders and maintain technical records
• Participate actively in training and continuing-education programmes

• Willingness to travel and work on-site in the hub and at customer premises
• Experience installing, operating and maintaining heat pumps, radiators, infrared heaters and PCM storage units
• Completed vocational training as plant mechanic, refrigeration engineer, certified technician, master craftsman in heating technology or comparable qualification – experience gained in Germany or abroad welcome
