Career Changer / Site Assistant / Electrical Assistant (m/f/d) – Photovoltaics, Heat Pumps & Energy Systems

Your tasks

• Assist in professional installation of PV systems (roof mounting, cabling, commissioning)
• Provide and handle materials, coordinate individual work steps with installers
• Contribute to AC-side installation and cabling for residential and commercial projects
• Independently carry out minor assembly tasks
• Maintain safe and service-oriented interaction with customers

Your profile

• Manual skills and enjoyment of practical work, ideally with assembly experience
• Safety and quality-conscious working, even at height
• Friendly demeanor, team spirit and high willingness to perform
• PV experience welcome – but not required
• Driving license class B for flexible deployment
