Venue Sales Representative

What you’ll do

As a Venue Sales Representative you will engage face-to-face with customers at events, retail spaces and in local communities across the Isle of Wight to promote Octopus Energy’s green tariffs and low-carbon technologies such as solar panels, heat pumps and electric vehicles. You will explain how our services compare with other suppliers so households can make informed switching decisions and enjoy outstanding customer service in every conversation.

What you’ll need

• No previous sales experience required – full training provided
• High energy, confidence and a passion for speaking to new people
• Experience in a customer-focused role where you solved problems quickly
• Strong teamwork, influencing and listening skills
• Honesty, attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service
• A valid UK driving licence to travel between venues
• Flexibility to work weekend and evening shifts
