We are looking for an Logistic & Parts Coordinator to join our Service Team in Lüleburgaz to manage the storage with the aim of supporting an efficient and effective workflow on nearby sites.

How to contribute to our vision

You will be responsible for organizing and controlling the logistics/SCM activities in responsibility with the objective of achieving cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction through the best possible logistics services (flow of material, value, information) as well as optimizing the processes and the use of resources. You will be delivering transactional services in according to SLA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines in your area of responsibility.

Your main tasks also include:

•Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure that they match the invoice

•Responsible goods receipt process in SRP on time and stock adjustments if needed

•Picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment and major operations

•Review of inventory in regards of accuracy records and provide periodic and end-of-period inventory counts

•Responsible for detection, listing, sorting of expired products and deduction from the stock

•Responsible for preparing the monthly stock report

•Responsible to manage and organize the stock transfers between sites

•Responsible for adding new tools to the lists and system and engraving the serial number on the tool

•Responsible for updating the information of inventory location and current locations of the tools

•Responsible to keep track of tools calibration due dates and follow up calibration certificates

•Responsible for updating the service orders according to the follow-up A9B/GP names

•Responsible for inventory management and return process of defect components from sites

•Checking for damaged goods and ensuring they are recorded and reported

Implementing, monitoring and managing Safety, Health and Environment, Quality regulations and best practices  

•Should be experience in driving, should have SRC licence (minimum 3 years)

What you need to make a difference…

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

We are also looking for minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, previous work experience in the wind industry is an advantage.

The ideal candidate has safety and compliance mindset, is initiative, proactive, empowerment & ownership, willingness and effectuating change, team player, people coaching, analytical, has the interpersonal skills, integrity, is aligned with the SGRE Values; has a good level of Business English (oral and written) – has Advanced Presentation methods and knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Office.
