How to contribute to our vision

As a piccolo/piccoline in Wind University in Siemens Gamesa your tasks will cover a variety of training and planning activities. Wind University is placed in the HR department with global responsibility for training.

More specifically, your assignments will include:

  • Maintaining a high service level for all employees in the training situation, rooms, handouts, invitations etc.

  • Answer phones and mails in absence of Coordinators

  • Call in for meetings

  • Data handling

  • Calendar handling

  • Ad hoc assistance in receiving trainers and participants

  • Meeting attendance in Brande, Denmark

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

Furthermore, you have a high school degree or similar and have a smiling and outgoing personality.

To succeed in this role you:

  • Possess good IT skills and are eager to support colleagues when needed

  • Are able to create and maintain overview in busy situations

  • Are a reliable, engaged and structured person with good collaboration skills

  • Thrive in an intercultural environment and you are fluent in English both orally and in writing

Start date for the position will be 1st of October 2024

Please note: this is an undergrad position, where applicants with higher education than high school will be rejected automatically.
