Your contribution

• Support the head of the regional office and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead and coordinate complex electrical and telecommunication projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage and develop the assigned team including apprentices; act as the safety officer for occupational health & safety.
• Keep your expertise in future-oriented fields such as e-mobility and photovoltaics up to date through internal training.
• Leverage your regional network, identify market opportunities and actively shape business development.

Your profile

• Certified electrical project manager with Swiss federal diploma (or working towards it).
• Sound experience in high- and low-voltage installations and solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Motivating personality who takes responsibility and enjoys sharing knowledge.
• Promotes a positive team culture, uses resources responsibly and supports colleagues.
• Well connected in the region and engaged beyond the workplace.
