Construction Craftsman – Heat-Pump Foundations Bavaria (m/w/d)

Join our field team to construct strong, durable foundations for modern heat pumps and make a direct contribution to the energy transition. You will work mainly outdoors on well-prepared sites throughout Bavaria.

Your Responsibilities

• Excavate pits and install drainage layers
• Build safe, long-lasting heat-pump foundations using pre-cast components
• Carry out precise core drilling after the foundation is completed
• Lay district-heating pipework to prepare for heat-pump installation
• Maintain clean, structured work processes according to clear specifications

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training e.g. in foundation construction, landscaping, road building, concrete or masonry work, or similar building trades
• Experience with masonry, concrete, rendering or paving tasks
• Confident handling of different subsoils and site conditions
• Ability to work independently and good German communication skills for team coordination
• Class B driving licence
