* Ensures implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management) for the respective production unit according to the quality strategy and respective local regulations.* Implements the specific quality programs within his organization and monitors the effectiveness of these programs.* Contributes to product safety activities.* Ensures the production quality reporting.* Contributes to budget planning processes.* Ensures qualification and competences of production employees with regards to quality.* Leads a production quality team. Prioritizes and assigns tasks to team members and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows.* Manages Quality-related activities with involved internal and external parties.* Acts as an escalation point of contact for production quality issues.
