Join our global team and shape the future of sustainable energy. As Head of Software Product Delivery and Security you will lead a highly skilled team of software engineers and IT-security experts. In this key role you ensure high-quality DevOps toolchains and timely remediation of cyber-security risks across the entire product portfolio.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and control all team deliveries
• Align toolchain requirements with all stakeholders
• Transparent communication and progress reporting
• Coordinate resources and priorities with project leads and partners (incl. IT)
• Increase efficiency through licence management and technical optimisation projects

Your profile

• Degree in Business, IT or Engineering plus ≥5 years leadership experience in software development
• Experience with data-driven performance management (KPIs, measurable impact)
• Confident handling of large corporate structures, change management and executive-level stakeholder steering
• Basic knowledge of software development, cyber-security, verification & release as well as DevOps principles
• Strong leadership and communication skills, motivating on-site and remotely
• Ability to negotiate outside your own area of responsibility
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
