Project & Service Manager – HR Data Hub

Your day at a glance

At Siemens Energy you will shape the next-generation global HR Data Platform – the central hub for consolidating, governing and analysing all HR data. As an autonomous Data Governance & Quality Manager you ensure data quality, consistency and process excellence within our Snowflake-based HR Data Hub.

You connect product ownership, IT delivery and global stakeholders, establish governance structures, documentation standards and quality routines and drive continuous improvement.

How you’ll make an impact

• Build and maintain governance processes, documentation standards and operating routines for the HR Data Platform
• Identify and implement efficiency, quality and transparency improvements
• Coordinate data initiatives, milestones and deliverables with IT operations and product owners
• Lead regular meetings and reviews to ensure consistent communication and accountability
• Act as interface between business, IT and data stakeholders – translate technical details into clear decision-making information
• Support testing, validation and go-live of new data releases
• Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops and standardised reporting

What you need

• 5+ years’ experience in data governance, quality management or data project coordination
• Strong project-management skills for steering cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent organisational, communication and documentation abilities
• Solid background in data management, Jira, Snowflake, SQL, optionally Python for integration; IT background preferred
• Self-driven, proactive style with high initiative and results orientation
• Fluent English
