Your Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: Collect and interpret data to derive strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Strategy Development & Execution: Craft growth strategies and drive their operational implementation.
• Project Management: Take full end-to-end ownership of strategic and operational projects.
• Operational Support: Coordinate across departments and optimise day-to-day processes.

Your Profile

• Top academic record from a leading university in business, finance, economics, engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in high-growth start-ups, top-tier consulting (MBB), private equity or investment banking.
• Strong analytical & conceptual skill set combined with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.
• Tech-savvy: quick to adopt no-/low-code tools and digital process improvements.
• Proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Passion for renewable energy, sustainability and scaling impactful businesses.
