A snapshot of your dayAfter the daily briefing with your supervisor and team, you and a colleague head to the assigned project (large electrical component, e.g. generator or motor) and assemble various parts into a laminated core using state-of-the-art tools. If project work is interrupted, you carry out scheduled maintenance on our production equipment.
How you make an impact- Assembly of complex systems and components according to drawings, work instructions and parts lists while meeting our quality standards
- Perform simple welding tasks and operate sophisticated fixtures to manufacture our products
- Record and enter measurement data and job feedback
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of assembly processes
What you bring- Completed vocational training as metal worker, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, structural mechanic, fitter or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the above fields preferred
- Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of practical tasks
- Independence, quality awareness and team spirit
- Shift work willingness and good German skills
