Internal Logistics Team Leader

Purchase & Logistics
  • Ensure smooth internal logistics operations, including inbound deliveries, material flow and operational supply
  • Lead a 20–30 person team (work organisation, task delegation, motivation, HR accountability)
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new staff
  • Plan and utilise resources optimally in a two-shift pattern (rosters, absences, overtime)
  • Deliver operational targets and monitor KPIs (productivity, quality, on-time delivery, work standards)
  • Oversee warehouse management, inventory levels and stock counts
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally within the supply chain
  • Create and update operating procedures
  • Enforce quality, health & safety standards; drive process improvements (KAIZEN)
  • Report results, analyse deviations and implement corrective actions
  • Supervise equipment and infrastructure in your area
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful and collaborative workplace culture
  • Minimum one year’ experience in a similar supervisory role in a warehouse or production environment
  • Solid knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Communicative level of English
  • Excellent written and spoken Polish
  • Ability to react quickly and make decisions in a dynamic environment
  • Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system
  • Experience in recruiting and onboarding is a plus
