- Ensure smooth internal logistics operations, including inbound deliveries, material flow and operational supply
- Lead a 20–30 person team (work organisation, task delegation, motivation, HR accountability)
- Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new staff
- Plan and utilise resources optimally in a two-shift pattern (rosters, absences, overtime)
- Deliver operational targets and monitor KPIs (productivity, quality, on-time delivery, work standards)
- Oversee warehouse management, inventory levels and stock counts
- Collaborate cross-departmentally within the supply chain
- Create and update operating procedures
- Enforce quality, health & safety standards; drive process improvements (KAIZEN)
- Report results, analyse deviations and implement corrective actions
- Supervise equipment and infrastructure in your area
- Foster an inclusive, respectful and collaborative workplace culture
- Minimum one year’ experience in a similar supervisory role in a warehouse or production environment
- Solid knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Communicative level of English
- Excellent written and spoken Polish
- Ability to react quickly and make decisions in a dynamic environment
- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding is a plus
