Junior Revenue Manager (f/m/d)

To strengthen our Sales Operations team we are looking for a Junior Revenue Manager to support our field-sales back office.

Job Description

• Day-to-day operational support of external sales partners
• Track and manage sales flow (leads, appointments, closures)
• Monitor performance and capacity KPIs
• Maintain and analyse reporting dashboards
• Help structure the onboarding of new sales partners
• Work closely with partner managers and internal teams

Qualifications

• Initial experience in sales, sales operations or business operations (e.g. internship, working student)
• Strong affinity for numbers and enjoy hands-on operational work
• Basic understanding of sales processes and funnels
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; CRM knowledge a plus
• Structured, reliable working style with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Very good German skills (C1-C2)
