Manufacturing Technician – Finish Visual Inspector (1st Shift 6 am–2 pm)

Drive manufacturing and repair processes, lead improvement projects, and partner with combustion design and repair engineering to innovate new products. Through advanced manufacturing you will lower fabrication costs of gas-turbine combustion components at our Gibsonton, Florida facility.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Process and inspect investment castings to customer specifications
• Cross-train in all internal NDT methods: visual testing (VT), penetrant testing (PT), digital radiography (RT), ultrasonic testing (UTT)
• Perform rework as required
• Train colleagues in NDT techniques after qualification and under Level-3 direction
• Conduct internal and supplier audits
• Interface with production to secure required NDT capacity

What You Bring

• High-school diploma or GED
• Experience in at least one NDT discipline: X-ray, FPI or visual inspection preferred
• Knowledge of further NDT methods and investment-casting experience advantageous
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required
• U.S. export license (Commerce/State) required; willingness to handle export-controlled technology
