Manufacturing Technician FPI Rework 1st Shift 6:00am–2:30pm

A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role you will use hand tools and measuring devices to assess casting quality, following defined quality procedures at the Gibsonton, Florida facility.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Set up, troubleshoot and operate test equipment on castings in the FPI rework area.
• Work with UV-light inspection systems to detect defects.
• Maintain GMP-compliant documentation, adjust machines, set parameters and proactively resolve issues.
• Clean and maintain equipment; drive continuous improvement during tooling set-up and change-over.
• Use hand tools (die grinders, abrasive belts, files) and measuring devices (calipers, pin gauges).
• Cross-training and additional tasks as required.

What You Bring

• High-school diploma or GED mandatory.
• 1 year of experience with hand tools preferred.
• Proficiency with measuring equipment (metric), basic math and technical English reading, mechanical aptitude.
• Background in plastics, metal casting or manufacturing environments advantageous.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Required export licences (BIS/DDTC) must be obtainable; ability to work with export-controlled technology under U.S. law.
