Manufacturing Technician – FPI Rework (2nd Shift 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm)

Your Day

Using hand tools and measuring devices to assess part quality, you follow strict quality procedures at our Gibsonton, Florida facility.

Your Impact

• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate test equipment on castings in the FPI rework area.
• Work with UV-light inspection systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation, adjust machine settings, and monitor quality limits.
• Clean and maintain equipment; drive continuous improvement and support tooling change-overs.
• Use hand tools (die grinders, abrasive belts, files) and precision measuring instruments.
• Cross-train and support other areas as needed.

What You Bring

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience with hand tools preferred.
• Proficiency with inspection equipment (calipers, pin gauges), metric system, and ability to read engineering instructions.
• Background in plastics, metal castings, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• U.S. export-control license required; eligibility to work with export-controlled technology.
