Production Operator - Electrical

Replacement of 6 people - Electrical

As a general production operator you will carry out essential tasks to maintain an efficient flow within Siemens Energy’s manufacturing processes. Duties include machinery operation, material handling, quality inspections and assembly work. At shift start you will join production meetings to track floor issues and agree handovers. You will work in a team led by a team leader and supervisor who support problem solving and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Read assembly drawings and follow work instructions
• Complete self-control forms and quality records
• Apply basic knowledge of Safety, Health & Environment, including correct use of PPE, basic safety rules and hazardous-waste handling
• Basic torque application
• Know finished products and critical quality points of the workstation
• Perform basic autonomous maintenance aligned with TPM
• Generate improvement ideas (3i) and foster a respectful, collaborative environment
• Attend process audits

Requirements

• Secondary or high-school education
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Schedule availability and teamwork skills
• Punctuality, discipline and respect for colleagues and group leaders
• Compliance with internal work regulations
• Employee type: unionised
• Shift: rotating (4-shift system)
• Working week: Monday to Saturday
