Your Responsibilities

Support the department head in organizing and optimizing internal material and information flows
Analyse existing processes to identify improvement potential and develop efficient, future-oriented workflows
Create logistics evaluations, forward them to relevant interfaces and coordinate timely implementation including follow-up activities
Monitor process KPIs, identify deviations at an early stage and initiate targeted corrective actions
Actively participate in cross-functional projects

Your Qualifications

Completed vocational training in logistics (e.g. logistics master craftsman), business studies with logistics focus or comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of logistics processes and a strong understanding of material and information flows
Self-initiative, sense of responsibility and keen interest in economic contexts
Affinity for automation and digitalisation, confident use of ERP, WMS and MS Office (especially Excel and Power BI)
Fluent German, professional demeanour, flexibility and quick comprehension
