Your mission
As Order Manager Repair you manage the technical and commercial processing of repair and spare-part orders, create technical quotations and guide projects from order entry to final delivery. By coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners you ensure quality, cost and schedule targets are met while continuously improving our processes.
Your responsibilities
- End-to-end order execution for repair and component orders, including quotation, costing and scheduling
- Close collaboration with internal departments (purchasing, production, logistics, quality) and external suppliers
- Early identification of bottlenecks and autonomous development and implementation of solutions
- Ownership of quality, cost and delivery KPIs; active contribution to process and standardisation initiatives
Your profile
- Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable technical qualification (technician / master craftsman)
- Several years of professional experience in industrial order management, purchasing or project management; gas turbine know-how is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP R/3 and digital collaboration tools; very good German and good English skills
- Strong organisational talent, analytical mindset and high self-motivation
- Resilience, flexibility and excellent communication abilities
