Job Summary

• You are the first point of contact after the sale, guiding customers smoothly to contract signature.
• You assist with subsidy applications and ensure customers are perfectly prepared for the next steps.
• You maintain customer data meticulously in our CRM and deliver an outstanding customer experience that turns clients into fans.

Qualifications

• Efficient, accurate and reliable working style
• Friendly, open and strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and persuasive phone presence
• Experience in telephone customer service and excellent German
• Self-organized team player
• Goal-driven with a high quality mindset
