Job Description

• You are the first point of contact for already qualified customer inquiries (no cold calling).
• You prepare customers perfectly for the next sales steps and check technical requirements for heat pumps.
• You schedule sales appointments smoothly for our field teams.
• You maintain customer data meticulously in our CRM system.
• With your friendly manner you inspire customers for Enpal and turn them into enthusiastic fans.

Qualifications

• Efficient, accurate and self-responsible way of working.
• Strong communication skills and confident, convincing phone presence.
• Experience in telephone customer service and very good German language skills.
• High performance and quality orientation combined with team spirit.
• Excited about fixed salary plus unlimited commission and direct impact on the energy transition.
