Administrative Assistant (Piccoline) – 1-Year Cover Vejle

Your contribution to the team

For our Vejle site we are looking for a service-minded Administrative Assistant (Piccoline, m/f/d) to cover a 12-month leave from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027. You will support our administration in daily operations and gain valuable work experience in a global company.

Your responsibilities

  • Administrative and coordination tasks
  • Office management: reception, mail handling, meeting rooms, copy & printer areas
  • Correspondence: e-mail handling, shared mailboxes, telephone reception
  • Travel booking and expense reporting for employees
  • Fleet management: vehicle booking, procurement, cleaning, tyre changes
  • Issue and control of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Print & conference service (bulk prints, meeting material)
  • Presence in the office Monday–Friday; remote work only in exceptional cases

Your profile

  • Service-oriented, proactive and reliable working style
  • Strong team-working and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Affinity for technology and quick grasp of new IT systems
  • Category B driving licence
