Head of Planning & Logistics – Order Management

Your role in brief
As Head of Planning & Logistics you will lead an 11-person team within Order Management & Logistics in Finspång that optimises material availability for our production. Through stock analyses, material registration, purchasing and master-data management (Make-to-Stock/Make-to-order structures, change control) you ensure the right material is available in the right quantity at the right time.

You will champion digitalisation to make logistics and materials control even more efficient and be part of the Order Management & Logistics management team. Cross-functional collaboration will allow you to develop both internal processes and your motivated team.

Your responsibilities

• Develop employees and operations to reach agreed targets
• Ensure a safe and inspiring work environment
• Drive continuous improvements
• Budget ownership and follow-up of financial targets

We are looking for you who have

• Leadership experience in logistics or production
• University degree, or equivalent experience, in production logistics/SCM
• Very good command of Swedish and English
• Passion for digitalisation and process improvement
• SAP experience is meriting
