Manager Aerodynamics & Mechanical R&D

Your Mission Lead the Aerodynamic & Mechanical Integrity team and drive innovation in compressor technology – from concept to validation and life-cycle support, ensuring future-proof energy systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Own strategic & operational resource planning, efficiency and workload management
• Build strong networks with internal & external stakeholders in compressor aerodynamics and mechanical integrity
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of compressor engineers
• Shape R&D compressor strategy through world-class product development and continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Degree in mechanical, aerospace or fluid engineering
• Proven experience in compressor aerodynamics or mechanical integrity, ideally in a leadership role
• Curious, team-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
