Your Area of Responsibility

The Measurement and Component Testing team develops state-of-the-art test rigs that validate our simulation environments, supplying robust experimental data for aerodynamic, thermal and mechanical models and ensuring accuracy and quality for future turbine generations.

As group manager you will continuously develop your team, collaborate with internal and external interfaces and carry full responsibility for health and safety.

Your Tasks

• Strategic and operational planning of resources, equipment and workload
• Build and maintain networks with internal and external testing partners
• Lead and develop a high-performance team of testing engineers
• Co-create the global R&D test strategy

Your Profile

• Lab or workshop experience plus health & safety know-how advantageous
• Enjoy dynamic, growing environments
• Strong creativity, trust-building and team mindset

The Team

You will lead the Measurements and Engine Component Testing team, dedicated to advancing measurement methods for prototype validation. The team comprises 8 permanent employees, 3 contractors and 5-10 master’s thesis students from various disciplines. Work is performed on-site in Finspång in close cooperation with global partners.
