PMO Professional (f/m/d) – Sustainability & Competence Management

Your Day-to-Day Analyse sustainability metrics to define baselines and targets for Installation & Commissioning. Coordinate global sustainability activities at project sites. Maintain competence profiles and skill data in the Siemens Energy Learning Platform (SELP). Support the development and communication of installation and commissioning training programmes. Contribute to cyber-resilience initiatives, including crisis playbooks and contact plans. Prepare decision-making documents for EC management on productivity, lessons learned, workshops and safety inductions. Your Impact

• Drive sustainability reporting and help shape the I&C sustainability roadmap
• Continuously improve role profiles and training structures within competence management
• Strengthen the Installation & Commissioning Academy through content and further development
• Increase cyber resilience at construction sites and projects with concrete measures
• Advance digitalisation projects in the transformation portfolio as deputy
• Support management with process optimisation, workshop facilitation and safety programmes

What You Bring

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (university or university of applied sciences)
• Entry-level professional with high willingness to learn and strong drive
• Willingness to spend 3–5 months on international construction sites during the initial training period
• Analytical mindset, ability to work across departments
• Interest in sustainability, digitalisation and competence development
• German C1, English B1; structured, communicative and team-oriented working style
