Your key responsibilities
- Handle communications and documentation, welcome guests, keep the office running smoothly
- Prepare monthly project meetings, compile performance reports and maintain action logs
- Calendar management and organisation of team travel and meetings
- Plan and book local and international travel, process visa applications and manage expense claims
- Support HR processes, track absences and onboard new project team members
- Provide administrative support to the department head and project team (mail, filing, scanning, etc.)
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (office/industrial clerk or similar)
- Several years of back-office or assistant experience
- Experience in a multicultural environment; very good German & English skills
- Confident with MS 365, Outlook, SAP and Siemens-internal tools (E2E Travel, Ariba, CIBT Visa)
- Customer-oriented, team-minded and highly self-reliant
