Your Day at a Glance

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our VPA Blades quality team. You will ensure the highest quality standards in products and processes and act as the key user of the BtP collaboration system.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Conduct and lead global quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with standards and policies
• Implement and train on quality-control procedures
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve quality issues
• Key user for the Prescience system (and possibly SAP QM), training and supporting teams
• Analyse data and prepare reports on quality performance and improvement potential
• Participate in continuous-improvement projects to optimise products and processes

What You Bring

• Relevant experience in quality assurance
• Knowledge of quality-management systems (e.g. ISO 9001)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with quality systems is an advantage
