The main scope of the Quality Department is both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) in terms of creating and supporting procedures, policy, instructions, standards, records. In other words, they are responsible for delivering a product that meet specifications. As Quality Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing systems, standards, and processes that ensure products and operations meet defined quality requirements. Reporting to Quality Manager, you will work with a team of Engineers building, maintaining, monitoring, and improving processes

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of quality system audits at internal, group, and customer levels, ensuring compliance with applicable standards
• Contribute to the planning and performance of VDA internal audits and follow up on resulting actions
• Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve the QDA and Non‑Conformity (NC) management systems
• Oversee product non‑conformity handling, including documentation, analysis, and coordination of corrective actions
• Ensure accuracy, availability, and proper control of all in‑process quality documentation
• Develop and implement quality standards that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure consistent product and process performance

Qualifications

• Experience in similar position
• Technical education
• Experience in ISO 9001
• Quality Management and Engineering Management experience
• Project management knowledge
• Good knowledge of Microsoft package
• Very good English and Polish language both verbally and writing

Travel days: up to 44 days travel mostly within Denmark the first year
