Consult and sell premium solar & heat-pump systems to qualified, warm leads – 100 % online
Own the entire sales cycle: needs analysis, tailored quotations, negotiation, digital contract closure
Translate complex tech into simple benefits, inspire customers and close deals
Pure inside-sales role, no field travel required

What you bring:

Proven sales experience, ideally B2C or telesales
Strong closing mentality and ambition to exceed targets
Quick grasp of technical contexts (PV, heat pumps, energy markets)
Fluent German, written and spoken
Residence in the Berlin area for regular on-site collaboration in our Berlin TechLab
