Job Description
- Advise & Sell: Convince private owners of multi-family buildings with tailor-made PV and battery solutions – digitally from first contact to contract signature.
- Ownership & Planning: Manage your own pipeline, work with qualified leads and re-engage former prospects on your way to closing.
- Full Sales Cycle: Conduct video calls, create bespoke offers, guide clients to the digital signature and hand projects seamlessly to our technical project managers.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, ideally with PV, heat pumps or other technical products requiring explanation
- Excellent communicator, empathetic and a strong closer
- High technical affinity to simplify complex issues
- Passionate about sustainability and the energy transition
- Fluent German and residence in the greater Berlin area
