Job Description

• Build internal tools and automations that speed up sales processes, improve service workflows and simplify hand-overs to field technicians.
• Develop small software components in Node.js/TypeScript or Python: webhook handlers, mini-APIs and internal UIs.
• Maintain and extend high-impact Airtable and Make scenarios. We train you; afterwards you help migrate to Salesforce or custom services for better scalability.
• Learn project management: drive your own automation, tech-integration and CRM projects.
• Work closely with Product and Operations to turn complex real-world processes into simple, robust systems.
• Career path: full-time position after graduation or continue as a working student.

Qualifications

• Coding skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python; confident with APIs, HTTP, JSON and Git.
• Curiosity, structured problem solving and clear communication.
• First touch-points with Airtable, Make or Salesforce are a plus.
• At least B2 level German.
