Your Day in a Nutshell

Are you an experienced Lean expert ready to transform a global, complex organisation? Join our diverse, globally distributed Gas Services team of internal consultants and strategy experts to drive Lean initiatives across business and production units. You will collaborate with local experts and leaders to implement the Lean@GS programme, boost efficiency, streamline processes and reduce Non-Conformance Costs.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Develop frameworks, governance and best practices for continuous improvement with Lean Programme Managers.
• Lead strategic planning of Lean transformation roadmaps across multiple business units.
• Integrate Lean principles into business objectives with senior stakeholders.
• Coach leaders and teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to global communities of practice for knowledge sharing and collaboration.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of Lean consulting and transformation in large, complex organisations.
• Proven success in business and production environments; leadership experience preferred.
• Mandatory: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; Master Black Belt highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data analytics experience.
• Fluent English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team.

Our Gas Services division provides low-emission power generation through service and decarbonisation of gas turbines, steam turbines and generators. The globally distributed team drives decarbonisation through service offerings, modernisation and digitalisation of the fleet.
