What You'll Do:

  • Be the primary contact for city and agency leaders, owning the success of Via-powered transportation systems
  • Build long-term customer relationships as a trusted advisor – identify challenges, craft solutions, support partner goals
  • Drive strategic planning and execution to deliver measurable impact and efficient operations
  • Analyze complex service data and derive data-driven recommendations on mobility, equity and sustainability
  • Lead contract renewals, spot expansion opportunities, and negotiate multi-year agreements to grow revenue

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of relevant client-facing experience (consulting, SaaS customer success, high-growth start-ups)
  • Thrive in fast-moving, high-responsibility environments and embrace change
  • Ambition to take on formal and informal leadership roles and grow quickly
  • Entrepreneurial relationship-builder who stays calm in complex, politically sensitive situations
  • Data-savvy – able to extract actionable insights from large data sets
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mindset and strong team spirit

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience: CAD 145,000 – 165,000 annually
