Service Administrator

A Snapshot of Your Day

You keep processes running, spot issues early and ensure every detail is correct. As a Service Administrator you manage all administrative steps that move projects and partners forward – from vendor verification to invoice payment. You are the reliable interface between subcontractors, service providers and our internal teams. With your experience in purchase-to-pay processes, solid SAP knowledge and confident use of the AGORA system you accelerate workflows and strengthen cooperation with our partners. You will work in an open, collaborative culture that values both precision and initiative.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Verify vendor status, maintain master data and initiate new registrations when required
• Create purchase requisitions accurately and on time in the Webmethods system
• Communicate specifications and purchase orders to vendors, handle enquiries
• Manage invoice verification and approval through to payment after delivery or project completion
• Oversee LD and Availability Bonus processes to ensure smooth execution
• Support AFM activities of the sub-region to strengthen regional processes

What You Bring

• Ideally at least 1 year of experience in administration
• Confident communication with vendors and internal stakeholders in German and English
• High degree of initiative, ability to work independently and follow through consistently
• Motivation to contribute to a sustainable energy future
