The Latin America (LATAM) Finance Business Performance Management (BPM) team are the dedicated finance business partners to our LATAM Regional Sales, Construction, Service and Manufacturing operations. We are an internationally diverse team, physically located in multiple countries across the region. Together with our primary operational stakeholders, we focus on Performance Management, Business Finance, Business Controlling and Finance Business Partnering.

The Service Finance team specifically partners with Service Operations. As the Service Sales Finance Business Partner, you will be located at LAT HQ, São Paulo, BR, reporting to the LAT Service Finance Director, also located in São Paulo, BR. Your primary stakeholders will be located in São Paulo, BR, Mexico City, MX, Buenos Aires, AR and Copenhagen, DK.

Responsibilities:

As the Service Sales Finance Business Partner, you will be the primary financial expert and business partner to the LAT Service Sales team. Working closely with your operational stakeholders, you will both forecast and margin control the LAT Service Sales portfolio based of new contract captures, renewal contracts, and transactional sales. You will also assist in the development and analysis of relevant information for business cases and support in optimizing the Sales Service performance across the LAT area as a whole. This position will regularly, directly interact with both the LATAM Leadership team and the Global Sales team.

- Commercial offers management (Review, support and validation): Specific tool used for the financial modulation;

- Contracts review under sales phase: Wording, clauses, consistency;

- Cost management: Review and consolidation of databases used in the commercial offers.

- Validation and review with actual costs as reference;

- Guarantees assessment together with corporate peers;

- Cash flow planning in 4-5 different currencies at least;

- Inflation forecast in sales phase (Inflows and outflows in local portions): Estimation of inflation impacts in both inflows and outflows during the sales phase up to the order booking;

- KPI monitoring: Service Order Intake, Risks & Opportunities, Margins, Average selling price, Market share, Profitability, Backlog;

- Focal point regarding financial guidance to sales structure: Initial finance resource for service sales team;

- Responsible for preparing and management of monthly forecast meetings with Sales directors (Main KPIs);

- Engagement with corporate stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Master, with a major in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related subject.

- 5 years of experience in a similar position focused on project or business controlling (forwarding industry or OEM's manufacturer a benefit).

- Good stakeholder management skills.

- Significant financial experience in project cost controlling and execution, cost analysis, and business performance management.

- Solid systems skills including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), favorably including hands-on experience in SAP BI, SAP BPC.

- Mandatory: Strong proficiencies in both spoken and written English, the official language of the organization. Additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, German, Danish... are beneficial.
