Service Site Manager

ENERCON is looking for a Service Site Manager at our Niagara site in Wellandport, Ontario. You will provide hands-on, safety-first leadership for a 77-turbine wind farm, mentor a team of eight technicians, and ensure high availability and strong customer relations.

Location: On-site in Wellandport, ON
Travel: Occasional trips to Montréal (regional office) and Limoges, ON; rare travel to ENERCON HQ in Germany may be required
Schedule: Full-time Mon-Fri (40 h/week) plus on-call rotation

Key responsibilities

• Coach, develop and evaluate technicians; uphold safety and quality standards.
• Plan and oversee daily maintenance, prioritise faults, schedule shifts and manage budgets, KPI reporting, inventory and fleet.
• Act as primary operational contact for site owner, stakeholders, and authorities; build trusted partnerships.

Requirements

• College diploma or equivalent in electrical / electromechanical technology plus 5 years of technical team leadership, including 3 years in field operations & maintenance.
• Strong electro-mechanical skills; wind-turbine experience preferred; SAP / CMMS knowledge an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, prioritise and act with safety mindset.
• Physical fitness for climbing and working at height in all weather; valid driver’s licence.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
