Food Service Professional (f/m/d)

Your day at a glance
As a food service professional you are responsible for setting and clearing conference rooms, transporting meals and beverages when required, operating conference ordering systems and carefully preparing the daily „mise en place“. You also record HACCP-relevant processes. The role is offered on an 18-month fixed-term contract; a permanent position is possible after successful cooperation.

How you make an impact

• Train new service assistants
• Prepare mise en place and report daily stock requirements
• Serve food and beverages, operate the POS system
• Maintain HACCP documentation in your area and notify the HACCP officer of any deviations
• Wash dishes and cutlery, assisted by dishwashing machines when necessary
• Clean, disinfect and maintain equipment, storage and work surfaces

What you bring

• Vocational training as a hotel or restaurant specialist (preferred) or comparable professional experience
