Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of apprentices (m/f/d) and new employees (m/f/d)
• Conducting inventories
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of your store

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in grocery retail, preferably with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of selling and a feel for customer needs
• First experience in team-oriented leadership of employees (m/f/d), e.g. as shift leader (m/f/d) or daily deputy (m/f/d)
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
