Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and scheduling
• Holiday planning and shift coordination
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories and stock control
• Proper merchandise presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an immaculate store appearance

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in food retail, preferably with an organic focus
• Passion for organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Enjoyment of sales and strong customer focus
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift or team leader
• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
