Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Carrying out inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of your store

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic focus
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and a good sense of customer needs
• First leadership experience within a team, e.g. as shift leader or daily deputy
• Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
