Strategic Workforce & Organizational Development Lead – Procurement (f/m/d)

Your Contribution
Help us build a systematic, sustainable approach to people development within procurement. Consider future competence needs – driven by AI and other innovations – and analyse their impact on tomorrow’s workforce. Together with global teams you will elevate people and functions and successfully roll out new applications. Expect dynamic days leading workshops and aligning diverse stakeholders on upcoming tools and competence requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Own certification and training portfolios for the Gas Services business area
• Drive high-impact implementation of new applications and provide tailored guidance to individual business units
• Harmonise ways of working between teams to strengthen collaboration
• Lead initiatives that advance people and organisational capabilities
• Support product lines on request and meet their needs effectively

Your Profile

• University degree in Organisation & Change Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Proven track record in change management, product management, procurement and organisational development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to explain complex topics and manage expectations
• Experience in cross-functional, cross-site projects within a global environment
• Strong ability to build, steer and facilitate informal teams across locations and time zones
• Advanced German and English; willingness to travel internationally (~20 %)
