How to contribute to our vision 

We are looking for a self-driven Student Worker to support our Quality Document Coordination team in Gdansk with a variety of tasks.

Being a Student Worker in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network. You will get the chance to enhance your professional development and get relevant work experience in a global company.

Your responsibilities will consist of: 

  • Supporting the quality documentation coordinator in delivering according to the Project-Master Documentation List and Quality Assurance index

  • Performing checks on individual documents

  • Gathering main component structures in SAP and creating equipment structures for Offshore Turbines.

  • Extracting data from documentation and SAP using excel

  • Executing document transmittal in our document management system

  • Archiving contractually agreed scope of project documentation

  • Supporting on ad hoc improvement tasks

What you need to make a difference 

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (bachelor or master’s). Your educational background is not that important, what is important is that you are a team player and that you meet the below requirements.

To be successful in this role, you have/are: 

  • Working knowledge using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

  • Experience in building pivot tables and reports. It is also a plus if you have been working with macro programming

  • Familiar with and/or have a keen interest in IT systems used for Documentation Management such as Aconex it will be considered a plus

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, multicultural environment and who possesses excellent English skills, both orally and in writing

  • An eye for details and are well-structured

Beware, we are looking for a student worker who is able to come into the office in Gdansk once a week.
