• Technical leadership and scheduling of a crew of installers
• Install PV sub-structures, modules and DC cabling up to house entry
• Technical inspection and standards-compliant documentation
• Enforce all safety rules and work regulations on site
• Customer communication at the building site

• Completed vocational training as roofer, carpenter or comparable (m/f/d) – or several years of assembly/roofing experience
• First leadership experience in PV crew dispatch
• No fear of heights and proven work on roofs
• Independent, solution-focused working style
• Fluent German, written and spoken
• Driving licence class B, ideally BE
