Your responsibilities

• Independent management and coordination of large-scale HVAC construction projects
• Monitoring and controlling project quality, costs and schedules
• Leading and coordinating on-site installation teams
• Project costing, lump-sum pricing and budget control
• Site visits approx. every two weeks
• Communication with clients, planners and subcontractors
• Interface between site, office and management
• Contributing to process and planning optimization

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in HVAC, building services or supply engineering
• Professional experience in managing large construction sites
• Proficient in costing and project management software
• Structured, independent and results-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and confident client interaction
• Willingness to travel regularly to construction sites
